DMCA Policy

This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to respond to such notices. We take claims of infringement seriously and act accordingly.

How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that material on bradforddesignllc.com infringes upon your copyright, you may send a DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include all of the following information to be valid.

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the copyright claim.

To file a valid counter-notification, you must provide the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Bradford Design LLC may be found). You must also agree to accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Upon receiving multiple valid infringement claims against a single user, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate their access to our website and services. This policy ensures we protect content creators, especially those publishing original interior design guidance.
